Rey Velasquez Sagcal is a Filipino artist based in Baltimore City. He works with 2d and 3d illustration, video art, photography, and painting. In 2019, he graduated from the Maryland Institute College of Art with a BFA in Illustration. His illustrations have been published by Slate Magazine, The Smithsonian Institution, and The Baltimore Banner. His paintings and video artwork have been exhibited at Towson University, Notre Dame of Maryland University, Mana Contemporary in Chicago, and more.
