Rey Velasquez Sagcal is a Filipino artist currently based in Maryland working in the fields of 3d + 2d animation and illustration. He graduated from the Maryland Institute College of Art with a BFA in Illustration. His clients include Slate Magazine, The Baltimore Banner, Smithsonian Institute, Americans for the Arts, and Issues in Science & Technology.
