This project is a self-directed exploration in developing visual designs for a social awareness campaign tackling Baltimore’s water pollution issue. One of my main goals were to explore how a campaign’s message may travel across differing mediums (from printed, digital, to time-based media) while maintaining its philosophical and visual identity. My approach consists of first introducing the issue with a sense of uneasiness and urgency, followed by a concise definition of relevant terms and issues, which would then conclude with an encouragement for further action and investigation. Much of the literary information is drawn from the local nonprofit organization, Blue Water Baltimore.
